By accessing or using CTC Dash (the "Platform"), operated by CTC Financial LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at ctcdash.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via the Platform or email.
CTC Dash is an internal dealership management platform that provides tools for vehicle trade-in analysis, sales analytics, marketing analytics, and operational reporting. The Platform is intended for use by authorized employees, managers, and administrators of CTC Financial LLC and its affiliated dealership locations.

Access to the Platform requires an authorized user account created by a system administrator. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account credentials, attempt to access another user's account, or use the Platform for any purpose outside the scope of your authorized role.
The Platform includes an SMS notification feature for operational communications. By providing your phone number and granting SMS consent through the Platform's user management system, you agree to receive text messages from CTC Financial LLC related to Platform operations.
Consent: SMS consent is collected when you, the user, add your phone number and check the SMS consent checkbox on your My Account page within the CTC Dash Platform. Consent is granted only by you; administrators cannot enroll you in SMS on your behalf. Consent is not a condition of employment or Platform access. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by using the opt-out control on your My Account page. An administrator may revoke your consent but cannot grant it — re-subscribing must be done by you through the same self-service page.
Message Types: Escalation alerts when trade-in evaluations require management review, and resolution notifications when escalated evaluations are completed.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on business activity. You may receive between 0 and 10 messages per day depending on trade-in volume.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also request SMS consent removal through your system administrator. Once opted out, your consent is fully revoked and cannot be re-enabled without your explicit request to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will not use your phone number for marketing purposes. SMS communications are limited to operational notifications directly related to Platform workflows.
The Platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by CTC Financial LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for its intended business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without prior written authorization.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information including phone numbers and SMS data.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTC Financial LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
CTC Financial LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or errors in vehicle valuations or analytics.
Vehicle valuations, market data, and analytics provided by the Platform are for informational and operational guidance purposes only and do not constitute professional appraisals.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, changes in your employment status, or operational requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
