CTC Financial LLC services the retail installment contracts of customers who financed a vehicle through Coast to Coast Motors LLC. If you gave us your mobile number and agreed to account text messages on your credit application, we may text you about your own account: a notice that an account document, statement, or invoice is ready (with a secure link to view it), payment reminders, and other messages needed to service your account. These are account messages, not marketing. We never send promotions by text.
Messages come from CTC Financial LLC. A message may include a link to view a document on ctcdash.com, the account platform operated by CTC Financial LLC, and the phone number to call with questions or to make a payment.
Consent: You agree to account text messages by checking the box and signing the Account Text Messages section of your credit application, or by other written agreement on your account documents. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of credit.
Message frequency: Varies by account activity; typically up to 4 messages per week.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: How we handle your mobile number and text records is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
